Our nation Pride......Indian Hockey...

It is almost a month since I wrote my last blog....but there was not quite ny update during last month...except the fact..that there was mid-term break..nd holi...nd nothing else....even I don't know the title of this blog...I asked my friends about the idea...but they have suggested some really spicy topics.... ;)....now I can not write on those topics....but I can surely thinkto write on our national game and its team..INDIAN HOCKEY.....

If you go by history of Indian hockey...at the time of Major Dhyan Chand...we were on the peak...and no nation in the world could topple us....but history is history and present is present...

I have been listening about Indian hockey for no less than last 10 years...and not a single time I come across any good thing about it....whether it is a issue with dhanraj pillay...or it is issue of their payscale...it is in issue at all the time...not a major victory in last 10 years....well Mr. Shahrukh Khan had tried to improve its status by his movie "Chak de"..its quite a good movie..but that too could not work for long...and we are still not on the right path....we have now foreign coaches for the team...foreing physio and all the basic amenites which a dedicated and committed player need to have but you know its politics everywhere.....team has refused to play in world cup for their payscale issue....but how they turn up for playing the game its all internal and never come in front of media....

Well...media se dhyan aaya...during this world cup in India...media and advertising companies have tried lot to improve the status and tried to motivate the team by various means...par chikna ghada to Chikna hi hota hai...unhe koi frak to padta hi nahi hai......Similarly our indian team...chahe shahrukh ki movie dikha lo...ya unke liye ad banado...unhe koi frak nahi padta....unhe to sirf politics aur strikes aur issues create karne mein maja aata hai.....ab koi kab tak kisi ka dhyan rakhe....kisi ko koi kab tak samjhaye.....ab unhe har tournament mein last ke 2 position acche lagte hai to sahi hai...aur dekha jaye to sahi hi hai...at least vo 7th postion pe aate hai to kam se kam apne naam pe ek lucky number to leke aate hai.....nahi to yeh bhi naseeb na ho...

But I will still support Indian Hockey not for its politics, issues or any negative thinking...but in the memory of those golden days....when Major Dhyanchand used to play......Go on Indian Hockey...you will overcome one day..............Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
